Happy New Year!
Happy 2026!
New Year, New Goals: small but powerful resolutions for long term change:
No one has to face obstacles in finding what makes you peaceful except you.
Find the good memories that make you feel content and focus on what made those memories good.
Recognize what triggers you and think about why. Don’t be afraid to be honest even if it reveals something about yourself that contributes.
Don’t give up – find that one thing that you enjoy and build on it.
Try new things – sometimes the biggest challenge is just to start. If it doesn’t work, be flexible and look for something else.
Remember you don’t have to be perfect.
Make progress on one thing & keep it simple. Set small goals and recognize the value in meeting those small goals.
Listen to music.
Dance.
Create.
Tinker.
Breathe.
Exercise.
The only thing anyone can change is themselves. Stop trying to change a situation – change how you respond to the situation.
Don’t allow someone else to add to your already overloaded schedule by dumping - you already have enough of your own issues to handle - take that time to focus on you.
Decide who and what brings out the best in you and focus on that.
