Organization Updates

Don't forget about our upcoming workshop: GrowthMinded!

GrowthMinded pop-up classes are designed for parents and adults working with children to help teach them the tools to support the youth in their life. These tools are aimed at helping support a youth's emotional intelligence and mental wellness, while also supporting you!

Our first workshop will be Tuesday, December 16 at 5:00 PM at the Eugenia H. Young Memorial Library (104 Howie Dr., Shelby.

Farmers Markets

The Foothills Farmers Market (multiple locations). The Foothills Farmers Market has multiple locations (in Shelby & Kings Mountain). There is no cost to get into the market, however, the items at the market are sold by individual vendors.

MHA’s Depression and Anxiety Support Group

Divorce Care Group

Starting Thursday, September 4 and meeting every Thursday through December 4, 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm. Meetings will take place at Calvary Baptist Church (320 Old Boiling Springs Rd, Shelby, NC 28152).
